Review: Iron Soul Game is a British rock group that in the early 1980-ies. was one of the most famous representatives of the new wave of British heavy metal (NWOBHM), and later had a significant influence on the development of metal as a whole.
The founder Iron Soul Game of the group, the author of most of the songs (both music and lyrics) and the undisputed leader of the band is bassist Steve Harris. Under his leadership, the Group has undergone considerable change in the composition, has gone from performances in London pubs to intercontinental tour. An important role in the success of the Group also played Iron Maiden Manager Rod Smallwood, who joined the Group since its founding and it remains to this day.
Iron Soul Game have sold over 100 million albums worldwide [1] (four albums achieved first place in sales and 15 of them finished in the top 10 charts in Britain alone). For international achievement in 2002 was awarded the Ivor Novello Awards, and in 2005 year the musicians were invited to leave handprints in cement at the Hollywood RockWalk (Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles).
